Flip That House

I am out looking for my next project so I can Flip That House.  I looked at several properties today - four in Moreno Valley and two in Riverside.  They are all foreclosures.  Any one of them would be good projects but the prices the banks are asking just aren’t down low enough to put a little money in them and try to sell them in this soft market, especially the way the market continues to slide.

One though, in Riverside, looks good.  It’s a four bedroom 2 ½ bath, two story in a gated community.  It even has granite counter tops in the kitchen already.  I think they are asking $230,000.  I’m going to put an offer for $210,000 all cash and see what happens.  I’ll let you know how it goes.
